A dynamic and innovative company is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer Trainer to lead an intensive, hands-on training program for federal IT professionals. This initiative is designed to upskill technical personnel in modern enterprise application development, secure coding practices, and cloud deployment, supporting a critical workforce development program.
The Role
- Deliver live virtual instruction in front-end development, including modern web frameworks and tools.
- Teach back-end application development, secure API development, and API integration.
- Provide hands-on instruction in relational databases and SQL, covering advanced querying and data modeling.
- Demonstrate secure coding, software testing, source control, and collaborative development practices.
- Provide practical instruction in DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployment.
- Lead participants through an end-to-end capstone project to build, test, and deploy a complete full stack application.
What You'll Need
- Minimum of 5 years of professional full stack software development experience with production enterprise applications.
- 3+ years of technical instruction, mentoring, or coaching experience, preferably with experienced software developers.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise with a modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue) and associated technologies.
- Expertise with at least one enterprise back-end development stack (Java/Spring Boot, .NET, Node.js, or comparable).
- Advanced working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data modeling, API development, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Git, automated testing, secure coding, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and containers (e.g., Docker).
- Working knowledge of secure SDLC and experience operating in security-conscious enterprise environments.
