What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack features that automate key people-related processes.
• Work directly with senior business leaders to define and refine products.
• Build data-driven tools and analytics that support hiring, compensation, and planning decisions.
• Own features from design through deployment and ongoing adoption.
• Contribute to technical direction and design roadmaps.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java, C++, or Python, with Java preferred.
• Knowledge of distributed, service-oriented architecture and relational databases.
• Experience building software that users have adopted over an extended period.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
• Front-end development experience alongside back-end work.
• Technical leadership, including defining and delivering design roadmaps.
• Experience with HR tech, recruiting, compensation, or other internal business platforms.
• Experience building analytics or data-driven decision tools.
