The Role
• Contribute to the design and development of advanced systems within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Design, implement, and test object-oriented applications using languages like Python or MATLAB.
• Develop software to configure and control hardware devices.
• Integrate low-level software with user-facing graphical interfaces.
• Create Hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) tests to validate software APIs.
• Design and implement a test framework for application deployment.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of software development experience, including strong proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or C++.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles.
• Foundational knowledge of hardware-software interaction and computer architecture.
• Experience with hardware interfaces such as PCIe, UART, or Ethernet.
• Familiarity with build tools (e.g., GCC, CMake) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Active security clearance required.
