Security Solution Engineer

2. About the Opportunity:

The Security Solution Engineer is responsible for accelerating customer security transformation by leading technical engagements that promote adoption of AI-driven identity, data protection, and threat protection solutions. This role delivers demonstrations, guides envisioning sessions, and ensures security and compliance are integral to customer solutions, directly impacting customer confidence and solution utilization.

3. Responsibilities:

• Maintain expert knowledge of security solutions and lead technical customer engagements.
• Deliver discovery, demonstration, and whiteboarding sessions aligned with customer goals.
• Develop competitive strategies to address objections and win technical decisions.
• Lead solution design and proof of concept efforts, quantifying business impact.
• Escalate blockers and guide customers through resolution paths.
• Collaborate with partners on technical execution and knowledge sharing.
• Represent and uphold organizational culture and values.

4. Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years technical pre-sales or consulting experience, or equivalent education and experience combinations.
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer visa sponsorship.
• Preferred: 6+ years technical pre-sales, consulting, or delivery experience.
• Preferred: Experience with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructures and security technologies.
• Preferred: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Entra, Purview, Defender, Sentinel, or specific security certifications (SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, SC-401, SC-500).

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Typical base pay range across the U.S. is USD 106,400 to 203,600 per year.
• In the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range is USD 137,600 to 222,600 per year.
