The Role
• Develop features for the data plane of a large-scale cloud instance storage platform.
• Solve complex technical problems related to high-performance local storage solutions.
• Own the design, implementation, and operation of a massive scale storage system.
• Work on virtualized hardware-accelerated solutions for EC2 disk instances.
• Contribute to foundational cloud computing technologies powering a global infrastructure.
What You'll Need
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience with server, storage, networking, or large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience with embedded firmware development is a plus.
• Understanding of device drivers, firmware management, and IO technologies like NVMe is beneficial.
