Role Overview: Utilize engineering methods to drive continuous improvement activities, enhancing SQDCM characteristics.
Responsibilities
- Identify root causes and implement countermeasures for complex problems.
- Analyze data to pinpoint areas for improvement and develop solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Conduct studies on project and plant characteristics, manage mass production projects, and develop processes from drawings.
- Work closely with production to understand new processes and coordinate with other plants on change points.
- Analyze trends, maintain production targets related to budgets, efficiency, quality, and delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related experience.
- 0-6 years of relevant experience, including internships or co-op roles.
- Strong mindset for continuous improvement, proficiency in MS Office, problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
