About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining engaging, user-centric web applications that enhance our digital presence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and back-end developers to create responsive and high-performance interfaces that provide exceptional user experiences across all devices and browsers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern front-end technologies and frameworks, with a focus on scalable and accessible web solutions. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of professional experience in front-end web development, demonstrating a robust portfolio of responsive, production-quality applications. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent professional experience will also be considered. Candidates should have strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), along with hands-on experience with modern frameworks such as React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and SEO best practices is essential. Experience with version control systems like Git, responsive design principles, and cross-browser compatibility is required. Additional preferred skills include experience with TypeScript, RESTful APIs, build tools like Webpack or Vite, front-end testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress, and a solid understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG). Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role include developing and maintaining responsive web applications using modern front-end technologies, translating UI/UX designs into functional and accessible code, and designing scalable web solutions with Next.js. You will optimize web performance, SEO, and security features to ensure high-quality user experiences. Collaborating with designers, product managers, and back-end developers is essential to deliver seamless, integrated solutions. You will ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across all supported environments, troubleshoot and debug issues efficiently, and maintain code quality through best practices, peer reviews, testing, and documentation. Staying current with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends is vital to continually enhance our digital offerings. Additional duties may include participating in team meetings, contributing to project planning, and supporting other development initiatives as needed.
