We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to support the management and maintenance of our premier retail and office portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the operations team in managing the service operations and maintenance of the mall and office building
Plan, formulate, manage and oversee the operations, maintenance, and upkeep of the mall and office buildings.
Implement master schedule maintenance program for all M&E systems and services. This includes planning, managing and monitoring to ensure that preventive maintenance is carried out to specifications with compliance to regulatory requirements.
Ensure operational issues are identified and rectified promptly.
Set benchmarks for monitoring performance of key contractors, including regular audits, to ensure that expected standards are adhered to.
Responsible for operations budget, administration, and management of service contracts.
Responsible for the preparation and collation of relevant management reports.
Ensure compliance of Safety & Building regulations and all other statutory requirements, including Fire Safety & CERT regulations.
Review, improve and make recommendations on SOP and workflows to ensure work efficiency and effectiveness.
Review the facilities management programs and developments to ensure that the buildings perform at an optimum level.
Maintain good relations with tenants and provide support for Asset Enhancement Projects.
Collaborate with Group Operations to launch and implement ESG initiatives, etc, as needed.
Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/ or Electrical Engineering
10 years of experience in retail real estate, mall management, property investment, or related fields.
Good communication skills in liaising with tenants and contractors
Deep understanding of retail evolution, placemaking, customer experience, and asset value drivers.
