Quality Control Inspector (Oil & Gas Manufacturing)
Job Summary
Join a well-established oil & gas manufacturing environment where you’ll play a key role in ensuring product quality and compliance. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on quality inspection experience who are detail-oriented and confident working with technical drawings and measurement tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspection on materials and finished products
- Use measuring tools (e.g. vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges) to ensure accuracy
- Review mill certificates, NDE reports, and work orders before production
- Issue Certificates of Conformance (COC) and ensure proper documentation
- Identify and isolate non-conforming products and raise quality alerts
- Support in-process inspections, audits, and supplier quality checks
- Monitor and analyse quality data to improve production standards
- Assist in QHSE audits, incident investigations, and root cause analysis
- Work closely with production, quality, and supply chain teams
