Job Description & Requirements Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate service requests to available technicians based on location, skill set, and urgency.
  • Communicate with clients to confirm service appointments and ensure technician readiness.
  • Keep complete and organized records for PMP, tracking record and invoicing
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
  • Identify and escalate issues that require further attention from other stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience

  • GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ‘A’ levels/ NITEC / Higher NITEC Certificate; or Diploma
  • Proven work experience as customer service or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
