Job Description & Requirements Key Responsibilities
- Allocate service requests to available technicians based on location, skill set, and urgency.
- Communicate with clients to confirm service appointments and ensure technician readiness.
- Keep complete and organized records for PMP, tracking record and invoicing
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Identify and escalate issues that require further attention from other stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
- GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ‘A’ levels/ NITEC / Higher NITEC Certificate; or Diploma
- Proven work experience as customer service or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
