[What the role is]
The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service (GRIT@Gov) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector.
[What you will be working on]
To support the division’s operations in the management of tenancies/licences, including the following:
- Process Tenancy Agreement (TA) and Temporary Occupation Licence (TOL) cases, including the preparation of relevant documents, research and gathering of information, coordination with relevant parties, and follow-up on customers’ requests and enquiries.
- Assist in evaluating applications and proposals from tenants/licensees, including gathering relevant information and conducting consultations with agencies and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits/inspections, where required, in support of tenancy/licence management and assigned cases.
- Liaise with tenants/licensees, agencies, and other stakeholders in the course of handling assigned cases and tasks.
- Support other projects and related tasks of the division, as assigned.

- Background in Real Estate, Building and Property Management, Business or Finance is preferred
- Analytical and meticulous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
