About The Role
- Provide engineering technical support for preventive maintenance and ad hoc repair / replacement works for ACMV / Electrical and building services
- Supervise and co-ordinate all assigned project site works.
- Consolidate and prepare reports as per project requirement
- Co-ordinate with engineer, consultant, architect, supplier, supervisor, subcontractor and all other stakeholders (where applicable) to ensure smooth execution of site works
- Execute and compile project Testing and Commissioning (T&C) records, review as-built drawings and prepare Operation and Maintenance Manual (OMM).
- Mark out location of installations, inspect subcontractor workmanship, progress and witness all T&C.
- To ensure timely completion of all project(s) assigned based on the project allocated budget, time frame and contract specification.
- Prepare quotation for ad hoc repair / replacement works and compile Purchase Order for confirmed orders.
- Co-ordinate with Safety team on the submission of safety documents, Risk Assessment, permit to Work etc.
- Able to co-ordinate multiple M&E trades on site, follow up Method of Statement, shop drawings and material submission. Supervise site works in accordance to construction schedule. Liaise with client, sub-contractor, supplier and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Must be able to response promptly, troubleshoot and resolve technical issue (or propose containment) to ensure minimal impact to operation.
- Any other duty as assigned by the management.
About You
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in air conditioning installation or relevant ACMV /Electrical/ building projects
- Diploma or Degree in HVAC systems, mechanical engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Knowledge of various air conditioning systems, including split, ducted, and central systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient use of MS Office or other relevant software pertaining to project management
