Job Summary

Independently performing deployment of tugboats to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management - Assigning tugs to specific vessels based on MPA guidelines and availability, ensuring efficient resource utilisation
Maintaining communication with tug master, pilot, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth safe operation and coordination
Continuously monitoring operation, adjusting plans as and when required, creation of work completion report
Monitor service level and upkeep of customer satisfaction

Required Education & Qualifications

Requirements & Preferences

Familiarity with Singapore port operations and information.
Understanding of Singapore port systems and procedures.
Candidates with prior port agency knowledge and experience will be preferred.
Willing to work 12-hour shifts, including on public holidays.
Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided to those with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
WIlling to be based in Pandan Location.
