Role Summary:- We are seeking an experienced Workday professional to assess, optimize, and transform Workday tenant configurations. The role involves conducting technical audits, improving business processes, enhancing system performance, and providing strategic recommendations to support scalable HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:- - Conduct technical assessments of Workday tenant configurations to identify improvement opportunities.
- Review data structures, job profiles, and reporting frameworks to enhance data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
- Evaluate and optimize Workday Business Processes (BP), workflows, and approval processes.
- Improve security group configurations, access controls, and role-based permissions.
- Recommend and implement configuration enhancements to improve system efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solution recommendations.
- Prepare technical documentation, audit findings, and remediation plans.
- Support Workday optimization, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:- - 6?8 years of experience working with Workday HCM solutions.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking.
- Experience in Workday tenant assessments, configuration, optimization, and business process design.
- Good understanding of Workday security framework, role-based access, and Business Process architecture.
- Experience with data validation, reporting, and system optimization.
- Knowledge of Workday integrations and interaction with enterprise applications is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:- - Experience in Workday tenant remediation or large-scale implementation/re-implementation projects.
- Familiarity with Workday integrations and enterprise HR technology ecosystems.
- Understanding of cloud-based HR systems, automation, and AI-enabled HR solutions.
- Relevant Workday certifications are preferred.
