Responsibilities

Work closely with consultant, sub-contractor and main contractor
Supervision of construction works and handle coordination works at sites and to ensure targeted completion dates are met
Ensure safe work environment on site
Liaise and update Project Manager and main con on site
To comply with the local authority requirements and approved drawings
Prepare necessary submission prior to project execution

Requirements

Technical certification/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
Minimum 2 years’ project experience, preferably in handling ACMV, HVAC
Good understanding and knowledge in BMS and ACMV
Coretrade Supervisor certification is a must
Good interpersonal skills and pro-active to problem-solving
Those with stronger experience will be considered for the Snr. Site Supervisor role
5.5 day work week
