Short Description
We are seeking a highly motivated scientist to join our team in discovering molecular glues (small molecules that induce non-native protein–protein interactions) for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.
The successful candidate will contribute to projects involving molecular glue discovery and validation using a combination of biochemical, biophysical, and cellular approaches.
Key Techniques Involved In This Role Include
- DNA-encoded library screening
- Recombinant protein expression and purification
- Biophysical assays
- Cellular assays
Trainings will be provided in areas where the candidate has less prior experience.
Job Requirements
- PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Biology, or a related field.
- Candidates with experience in at least two of the following areas are preferred: DNA-encoded libraries, Induced-proximity therapeutics, Biophysics, Neurodegeneration research.
- Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and capable of conducting careful and rigorous experiments. Good organisational, communication, and presentation skills.
