Role Overview:
As the Director of Public Relations, you will be fully responsible for developing and executing the company's global brand communication and reputation management strategy across financial markets (e.g., Hong Kong, Singapore, the US). You will support both our securities trading and FinTech SaaS (white-label solutions) business lines. Your mission is to elevate brand influence and drive business growth through exceptional media relations, compelling storytelling, and effective crisis management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Leadership: Formulate global PR strategies, lead the PR team, manage the budget, and build thought leadership for our senior executives.
- Communication & Narrative: Own the core brand narrative. Develop and execute high-impact communication initiatives. Cultivate and manage deep relationships with global financial and technology media. Oversee all external-facing content.
- Business Partnership: Provide expert PR support for the launch, marketing, and partnership development of both our securities business and SaaS products.
- Risk Management: Establish and lead the crisis prevention and response framework to safeguard the company's reputation.
- Performance Measurement: Monitor communication effectiveness, measure PR ROI, and report insights to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Public Relations, Communications, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 8-10+ years of relevant PR experience, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role or equivalent senior position.
- Must possess substantial PR experience and in-depth knowledge of the finance, securities, and/or SaaS/B2B technology industries. Experience in the HK/US stock markets is a strong plus. Excellent bilingual communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese.
- A proven network with global media (especially in Greater China, Southeast Asia, and the US), backed by a track record of successful major campaigns.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership skills, and proven ability to manage crises within complex regulatory environments.
- Results-driven and adaptable to a fast-paced entrepreneurial setting.
