Description
Reporting to the CFO, you will:
- Oversee and manage the company's financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Develop and implement effective financial strategies to support business objectives
- Prepare budgets and forecasts, offering insights to guide decision-making processes
- Monitor financial performance and analyse variances to improve profitability
- Manage cash flow and ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals
- Support ERP migration and system improvements project
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 6 years of work experience, including 2 years experience in a leadership role
- Prior exposure to manufacturing or engineering industries is highly advantageous
- Proven track record in financial reporting, consolidation, and process improvement
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP and strong hands on Excel capability
- Excellent leadership abilities and communication skills to liaise with senior stakeholders
