Gambaran Keseluruhan Peranan:

Kami sedang mencari Juruukur Bahan Tapak Kanan yang berpengalaman yang mampu menguruskan spektrum penuh fungsi QS secara bebas. Peranan ini memerlukan tahap autonomi yang tinggi, kerana anda akan bertanggungjawab untuk keseluruhan proses penyerahan dan pengurusan kontrak di peringkat tapak.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

• Penyerahan Set Lengkap: Urus kitaran dokumentasi yang lengkap, termasuk tuntutan kemajuan, Arahan Perubahan (VO) dan Akaun Akhir.
• Tuntutan Kontrak: Menyediakan dan mengemukakan tuntutan Lanjutan Masa (EOT), Kerugian dan Perbelanjaan (L&E) dan justifikasi kontrak yang lain secara bebas.
• Pengurusan Bebas: Mengambil alih sepenuhnya semua dokumen komersial berkaitan tapak tanpa memerlukan penyeliaan rapi.

• Prior Experience in construction, with knowledge of on-site trades, materials and processes
• Overseeing daily on-site construction activities, including manpower, materials and work allocation, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To audit sputter parameters and practice periodically, include online SPC and procedure conformance.
