Position: Business Manager (Aesthetic Products)

Location: Malaysia

Reporting to: Head of Product & Business Development & Head of Sales & Marketing, Principal

Job Summary

The Business Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing marketing initiatives for the company’s aesthetic product portfolio in Malaysia. This role is an individual contributor position that requires hands-on management of sales activities, key account development, and marketing execution targeting aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Drive sales and achieve revenue targets for the aesthetic product portfolio in Malaysia.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medical centers.
• Manage and grow relationships with key customers and clinic chains.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with customers.
• Develop territory plans and execute sales strategies to expand market coverage.

Marketing Execution

• Plan and execute marketing activities such as workshops, seminars, and product demonstrations for aesthetic practitioners.
• Work with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to increase product awareness and clinical adoption.
• Support local marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and product launches.
• Participate in industry exhibitions, aesthetic conferences, and training events.

Product Training & Support

• Provide product training to doctors, clinic staff, and distributors when required.
• Support clinical use of products and address customer queries related to product application.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends within the aesthetic industry.
• Gather market feedback and provide insights to management for product positioning and strategy.

Reporting

• Maintain sales pipeline and customer database.
• Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
• Track marketing activity outcomes and sales performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (MBBS/MD), Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Marketing, or related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in aesthetic, pharmaceutical, or medical device sales.
• Experience dealing with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, or plastic surgeons is preferred.
• Proven ability to independently manage a territory and achieve sales targets.

About the job

*To perform physical counts, tally and surface inspection of cargo upon receiving/delivery.

*To store cargoes in proper location assigned within the warehouse.

*To perform cargo issuance.

*Picking, packing and dispatch of cargo according to ownership and destinations.

Requirements

*Malaysians in age group 25-40.

*Punctual with positive work ethic.

*Physically fit with ability to lift and carry.

*Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics Management or Business.

*Forklift license will be ideal, useful and beneficial.

*The ideal candidate for this role should be someone well organized with 2-3 years experience in warehouse operations, picking and packing ,customer services or similar environment preferred, and have the ability to communicate effectively with the team and customers.

*2-3 years of previous warehouse operations, especially in 3PL facility has a huge advantage and will be highly regarded.

*Hands on and hardworking with knowledge of both warehouse and logistics practices.

*Proficient with ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

職責

*對集團內各子公司進行合規性審計，以確保其遵守法定、監管和內部標準作業政策和程序。

*為集團提出、實施和管理持續的內部稽核計畫。

*確保集團維持高標準的公司治理和風險管理。

*協助完成審計任務、編製審計報告、進行任何專案審計調查。

*協調、規劃和執行現場實地考察和測試。

*提供進度報告和稽核結果更新。

*出席並參與總結會議，報告審計結果。

*進行後續審計，以確定建議的落實。

要求

*馬來西亞籍男性或女性。

*學士學位或ACCA/CIMA專業資格證書。

*1-3年內部或外部審計經驗，精通會計及審計準則；不過，應屆畢業生亦可考慮。

*優秀的英語、馬來語書面和口頭溝通能力。

*會說國語優先考慮。

Skop kerja & tanggungjawab:

Jawatan ini adalah peranan sepenuh masa tetap di mana anda akan melapor kepada Pengurus Kewangan dalam pasukan kewangan dan perakaunan.

Sebagai Eksekutif Akaun, anda akan terlibat dalam operasi dan aktiviti harian Jabatan Perakaunan, yang akan merangkumi pemprosesan invois, pesanan pembelian, pesanan penghantaran dan pembayaran bulanan.

Tugas:

• Mengurus fungsi akaun belum bayar dan akaun belum terima.
• Menyediakan dan memastikan pelaporan laporan pengurusan bulanan dan jadual audit tepat pada masanya.
• Sediakan laporan bulanan tentang usia belum terima.
• Memproses catatan jurnal dan mengeluarkan baucar pembayaran.
• Memproses nota debit/kredit tuntutan dan pelbagai penyata akaun teknikal untuk penyerahan.
• Penyelarasan bank.
• Mengekalkan rekod pemfailan dan perakaunan yang betul.

Keperluan:

• Calon mesti memiliki Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Perakaunan.
• Pengetahuan tentang prinsip Perakaunan dan Kewangan.
• Pengalaman yang serupa dalam peranan perakaunan dalam perniagaan insurans akan memberi kelebihan.
• Peringkat permulaan/baru; walau bagaimanapun, mereka yang mempunyai 1-2 tahun pengalaman kerja yang berkaitan adalah ideal.
• Pengalaman bekerja dalam industri insurans/perkhidmatan kewangan akan menjadi kelebihan.
• Mahir berkomunikasi dengan berkesan dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia, baik bertulis mahupun lisan dan Mandarin
• Mahir dan mahir dalam sistem Perakaunan UBS dan MS Word dan Excel.

• 有保險/金融服務業工作經驗者優先考慮。
• 精通英語、馬來語（書面和口頭）和普通話，具備良好的溝通能力。
• 熟悉並精通瑞銀會計系統以及微軟Word和Excel。
