The Flexi Group, a fast-growing co-working company, is seeking a creative and dynamic Assistant Marketing Manager to join our high-performing marketing team. In this expansive and multifaceted role, you will be closely involved in the development and execution of campaigns designed to promote the Flexi Group brand and services across all markets.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content production, events, project management, paid digital marketing campaigns, partnerships and much more. As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be a self-starter, idea-generator, and problem-solver, ready to tackle a multitude of challenging projects and overcome obstacles in innovative ways.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, member acquisition, and member retention
- Manage all digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and online advertising
- Oversee website content, design, and user experience to optimize for lead generation and conversions
- Grow our social media presence and engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok and Facebook
- Oversee email newsletters, ensure they are developed and sent appropriately targeted campaigns to our member database
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and others
- Manage a junior marketing team, providing coaching and mentorship to help them grow
- Develop a content strategy and consistently create compelling content such as blogs, partnership spotlights and event promotions
- Write, edit, and publish engaging copy for various marketing assets
- Collaborate with the artwork team to ensure content is visually appealing and on-brand
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with complementary organizations
- Identify potential partner companies and cultivate mutually beneficial relationships
- Coordinate co-marketing initiatives like cross-promotions, event sponsorships, and content sharing
- Oversee marketing budget and KPIs, optimizing spend and measuring campaign performance
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to inform campaign optimization and future strategy
- Prepare monthly reports and presentations for key stakeholders
- University Degree holder in Marketing, communications, or any related discipline preferred
- 4-5 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Native English speaker, any additional languages would be an advantage
- Strong project management and organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating content for a variety of channels
- Creative, solution-oriented and fast learner
- Experience in WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads & Facebook Business Manager
- Experienced in managing search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including Google Ads and other paid search platforms
- Familiar with social media management platforms (such as Facebook Business Manager) and proven track record of implementing successful social media marketing (SMM) strategies
- Passion for the co-working/startup ecosystem and a desire to contribute to our vibrant community
