Introduction & Summary: We are seeking a proficient .NET Developer with extensive experience in C# to contribute to our team by building, maintaining, and optimizing superior applications. The ideal candidate should come equipped with a solid background in .NET technologies and SQL databases.
Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing, delivery, and operation.
- Contribute to technical design decisions and shape backend solutions collaboratively.
- Design, build, and maintain .NET backend services within a microservices architecture.
- Implement APIs and business logic supporting Checkout processes.
- Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability of production services.
- Identify and advocate for improvements in quality, security, and performance.
- Write clean, testable code and engage in code reviews and pair programming.
- Enhance engineering standards and operational stability of the platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core.
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices development.
- Proficient in using Entity Framework.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
- Ability to write unit and integration tests for .NET services.
- Proficient with Visual Studio and Git for .NET development.
- Understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
- Able to work in an Agile environment closely with product and engineering teams.
- Very good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with async messaging systems (e.g., NATS, Kafka).
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
- Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Datadog).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
