WE ARE LOOKING FOR Cloud Engineer
We are seeking a Cloud Engineer to help enable reliable communication between cloud services and vehicles.
This role will focus on vehicle wake-up and the point-to-point cloud-to-vehicle connection required by the system. You will work closely with embedded and networking engineers to deliver robust, scalable, and secure cloud integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain changes in cloud environment.
- Enable vehicle wake-up functionality.
- Develop and maintain point-to-point cloud-to-vehicle communication.
- Integrate cloud services with embedded vehicle systems. Familiarity with AWS services such as compute, networking, storage, monitoring, and IAM is preferred.
- Collaborate closely with embedded software and networking engineers.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, integration, and communication issues.
- Contribute to system reliability, scalability, monitoring, and production readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in cloud and backend engineering.
- Experience with Go (Golang)
- Experience with Node.js
- Experience developing and integrating distributed systems or cloud services.
- Familiarity with AWS services such as compute, networking, storage, monitoring, and IAM is preferred.
- Experience with connected devices, vehicles, or cloud-to-device communication.
- Solid understanding of networking and system integration.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cloud, embedded, and networking disciplines.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automotive, IoT, telematics, or connected-car platforms.
- Experience with vehicle wake-up or remote vehicle commands.
- Familiarity with point-to-point communication architectures.
- Experience with cloud security, device authentication, and secure service-to-device communication.
- Experience operating production cloud services, including logging, monitoring, and incident troubleshooting.
