Job Responsibilities

Review and validate project requirements, technical specifications, and scope of work prior to construction-related projects
Evaluate contractor proposals, materials, and technical submissions for compliance
Support procurement activities, including vendor sourcing and price negotiations
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contractors
Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables
Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and compliance
Review BOQs, quotations, and variation orders
Identify and escalate project risks, delays, and technical issues
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company standards

Job Requirements

Work Experience(Years) : 5
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree
Required Language Proficiency: English; Filipino
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Cost negotiations
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans and BOQs
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage
Excellent coordination and communication skills
