Are you a seasoned accounting leader ready to take on a role where your expertise truly makes an impact? We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Accounting Department Head to oversee our finance and accounting operations, lead a team of professionals, and help steer the financial direction of our organization.
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end accounting operations from daily transactions to financial reporting
Mentor and manage a high-performing accounting team
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
Drive audit readiness and coordinate with external auditors and regulators
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve accounting processes, workflows, and internal controls for greater efficiency and accuracy
Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to leadership
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of comprehensive accounting experience
Proven track record in a managerial or senior leadership role
Prior Experience As Accounting Head Is Required
Experience in accounting process improvement, systems optimization, or workflow redesign
CPA licensed is a plus
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
