Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
  • Oversee a social media strategy
  • Coordination with the maintenance of company's website
  • Create monthly content plan for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Instagram
  • Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
  • Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
  • Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s), managing Google Ads
  • Preparing social media collaterals for guests and clients
  • Preparing photos and doing layout for the social media posts
  • Edit and post photos and videos to online accounts
  • Manage marketing partnerships with bank and corporate partners
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
  • Work on printed material for announcement, posters, collaterals, etc.
  • Maintain and implement the hotel brand on all mediums

Skills And Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Skill in basic photography and photo editing (using Adobe Photoshop and Canva)
  • Fluent in Tagalog and English
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Well-developed negotiating skills
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
  • Self-motivation and adaptability
  • Graduate of any Bachelors degree related to Marketing
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience; within the hospitality industry is an advantage
