Meets with customers to drive product sales.
Follow and consistently achieve departments sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Finds new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales.
Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
Attracting new customers, communicating with prospects on the phone or face-to-face and advising clients how to match various furniture items.
Keeping track of inventory levels to ensure there is enough supply to meet demand
Providing customers with product knowledge and answering questions regarding pricing, delivery details, or repair services
Presenting mock living room or bedroom setups in the store to help potential buyers envision how items will look in their own home
Coordinating deliveries of furniture to customers homes or businesses
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
Go the extra mile to drive sales
Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
Actively seek out customers in and out of store
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
Cross sell products
Handle returns of merchandise
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
Build productive trust relationships with customers
Comply with inventory control procedures
Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the stores design)
Newly graduates are welcome to apply
With personable demeanor, outgoing personality and charismatic attitude
Possess excellent communication skills
Must be willing to be trained as a sales designer/sales associate
Amenable to cold calling/going out to attend client meetings
Preferably with sales background
Persuasion ability
Furniture retail familiarity
Good math skills, and customer service
Willing to be assigned in Pasig or Makati area
Willing to work at 10am-7pm schedule
Can start as soon as possible

Educational Background

Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent
