Skills & Responsibilities

Follow up on item creation on oracle with a base of item use and nature.
Shipment verifying requisition versus receiving and entry on software.
Conduct periodic count and physical verification of inventory.
Ensure the availability of stocks for installation/troubleshoot/upsell/expansion.
Maintain proper control of inventory at branch warehouse and sub locators.
Verifying the reports of logistics and reporting to management.
Proper Documentation, record keeping and verification with the base of Logistic guidelines. Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

At least intermediate completed with 6 months of experience in WorldLink.
Overall knowledge of purchase and inventory on oracle software as well as physically.
Organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge about inventory items.
Ability to handle stress.
Must have own two- wheeler.
