Principal Functions And Responsibilities
- Write press releases, articles, blog articles and website copy in a variety of industries including publishing and educational technology.
- Create text advertisements, promotional brochures, catalogues and other public relations content.
- Write words for flyers, brochures, slogans, taglines, internet content, press releases, catalogue and coupons.
- Create promotional text for consumer-related products.
- Write correspondences to companies for sponsorship.
- Assist in running an email marketing program, from building mailing list to email blast.
- Check and ensure that collateral's done by the Graphic Design Team is factual, truthful and within the scope of advertising practicing codes.
- Write, rewrite, and produce web content as well as conduct keyword research.
- Work with Digital Marketing Manager in doing social marketing for various social media site, as well as create blogs.
- Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement. Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.
- Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email/newsletter distribution. Must understand the basic practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each and why.
- Other possible online marketing efforts as the company sees fit.
- Perform other related functions that maybe assigned by his/her immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in Copywriting
