Requirements

Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates and Bills of Materials (BOM) for Solar PV systems based on project requirements.
Manage procurement activities for local and international suppliers, including sourcing, evaluation, and coordination.
Handle import purchasing processes and oversee logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Assist in the preparation of client proposals, including project costing, profit analysis, and scope definition.
Maintained organized records of project data, supplier information, client details, and delivery schedules.
Support inventory monitoring and coordinate material deliveries to project sites and clients.
Track project budgets and cash flow, analyzing actual versus projected costs and profitability.
Prepare technical reports and professional presentation materials for internal and client use.
Apply knowledge of Solar PV systems, components, and design considerations to support procurement and sales activities.
