The Manufacturing Assistant supports daily production operations by assisting in the preparation, assembly, and packaging of products. This role ensures that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and according to company standards for safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in operating machines, tools, and equipment used in the production process.
- Prepare raw materials and components for manufacturing.
- Monitor product quality and report any defects or irregularities to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times.
- Support inventory management by tracking materials and supplies.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and storing finished goods.
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure production targets are met.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
