The Career Support Manager is responsible for leading recruitment operations, managing team performance, and ensuring delivery of hiring targets. This role drives operational excellence, client satisfaction, and team development across all career support functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage recruitment and career support teams
Drive achievement of KPIs, SLAs, and performance targets
Oversee end-to-end hiring operations and workflow efficiency
Manage client accounts and ensure service delivery excellence
Handle escalations and resolve operational issues effectively
Develop team capability through coaching, feedback, and performance management
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and outcomes
8+ years of experience in BPO or recruitment operations
At least 3+ years in a managerial or senior leadership role
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
Proven experience in managing KPIs, operations, and team performance
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
