What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the Forecasting and Demand Planning Head to translate demand forecasts into actionable capacity plans.
- Establish capacity frameworks balancing manpower , fleet, and operational infrastructure to meet service lead-time requirements.
- Design capacity solutions for short-term volume spikes and long-term trends, ensuring network elasticity and scalability.
- Perform regular capacity audits to identify bottlenecks and recommend data-driven adjustments to resource allocation.
- Partner with the Network and Route Design Manager to align resource availability with optimal routing strategies.
- Develop tools and methods for real-time monitoring of resource utilization and efficiency across the network.
- Lead cross-functional discussions to manage seasonal volume fluctuations, ensuring operational readiness.
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in capacity planning methodology and tools through benchmarking against other market trends and other logistics providers.
- Conduct scenario-based planning to mitigate risks associated with sudden shifts in demand or supply constraints.
- Oversee capacity-related KPIs, ensuring alignment with operational targets and financial goals.

Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree
- Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Professional Experience
- 4+ years in capacity planning, demand planning, or a related field in logistics or express industries. With proven experience in optimizing network operations and resource management.
