Job Summary
Driver cum Messenger role combines driving responsibilities with tasks like delivering documents, packages, and mail. This role often involves maintaining the vehicle, keeping records, and ensuring the safe and timely delivery of items. Additional duties may include assisting with administrative tasks and providing general support to the office.
Duties & Responsibilties
- Driving: Safely operating a vehicle to transport personnel, documents, and other items.
- Delivery and Collection: Picking up and delivering mail, packages, and other items to various locations.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and other relevant information.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensuring the assigned vehicle is properly maintained, clean, and in good working condition.
- Administrative Support: Providing assistance with tasks such as filing, photocopying, and other general office duties.
- Security and Confidentiality: Handling sensitive documents and information with care and maintaining confidentiality.
Job Qualifications
- At least Senior High Graduate or Vocational Graduate
- With at least 3 to 4 years working experience in the same capacity
- With professional driver's license
- Can drive both automatic and manual
- Familiar with NCR area
- Trustworthy
- Can start ASAP
- Willing to be assigned in Ermita, Manila
