Your impact

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Admin Assistant with a dedicated focus on scaling our Advanced Facilities talent pipeline. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in delivering full‑cycle recruiting admin solutions for some of the most technically complex and business‑critical positions across our global Advanced Facilities portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across time zones
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals
  • Conduct initial resume screening to assess role fit and basic qualifications
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS (Avature)
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment trackers and basic reports
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Be assigned to other administrative work outside of Talent Acquisition scope when necessary


Here's what you'll need

  • Minimum 6 months of HR, recruitment, or administrative experience
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; ATS experience is highly preferred
  • Open to be exposed to other administrative work outside of Talent Acquisition
