  • Provides financial, administrative, and clerical support.
  • Assists with the new business process and works with finance and business managers.
  • Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances, monthly balance sheet, income statement, and changes in financial position/budget variance analysis.
  • Establishes policies and procedures efficiently, timely, and accurately.
  • Answers incoming requests from clients and assists with annual and quarterly forecasting.
  • Assesses product and service problems and resolves issues using best judgment to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Handles day-to-day general ledger accounting, reconciliation, financial reporting, and analysis for assigned functional areas.
  • Performs special projects to improve process efficiency and performance, as assigned by management.
  • Maintains and develops various financial models and standard templates for use by all finance teams during planning processes, ensuring quality, accuracy, and focused analytic review.
  • Increases productivity by developing automated reporting and forecasting tools.
  • Handles amount reconciliations, payment date accounting, monthly reporting and report production, daily modeling, analysis, and reporting.
  • Prepares financial analysis, reports, charts, tables, and other exhibits as requested.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, and monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems and software.
