Key Responsibilities

Conducts POS system testing to ensure stability, accuracy, and readiness for store deployment
Coordinates implementation of IT systems supporting store operations
Liaises with vendors to address system issues, logs and tracks concerns via JIRA, and monitors resolutions and feedback
Prepares and maintains technical documentation for system and project implementations
Continuously evaluates existing processes and recommends innovations and improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications

Graduate of a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or any equivalent field.
Familiarity with operating systems
Amenable to work in Muoz, Quezon City.
