Job Purpose
The Marketing & Administrative Coordinator purpose is to assist and support the General Manager, Marketing Manager, Partnership Manager and Digital Manager with marketing and some financial duties.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide general marketing and administration support for company products
- Serve as first point of contact for inquiries regarding products and services
- Execute complaints process of customers
- Provide administrative support in marketing programs and campaigns
- Provide administrative support to General Manager
- Performs range of administrative tasks as deemed necessary
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT FUNCTION
- Provide administrative support to General Manager and Marketing Manager
- File (electronic) management including contracts from external partners
- Letters and correspondences preparation, distribution, and file management
- Coordinates and liaise with Finance Department for Finance/Accounting related transactions
- Vendor and supplier management
- Events and conferences management
- Assist in inventory and logistics management
MARKETING AND FINANCE SUPPORT FUNCTION
- Overall support in all Marketing related events and campaigns
- Corporate credit card management and monitoring
- Coordinates and liaise with Finance Department for Finance/Accounting related transactions but not limited to accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assists in audits and other check and balance activities
EDUCATION
- Business, Pharmacy, Advertising, Marketing or related discipline desirable.
