What Youll Do
As part of our collaborative design team, you'll help shape purposeful, sustainable and future-ready spaces that make a lasting impact. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing clear direction, support, and accountability for the technical team to ensure strong performance and continuous development
- Ensuring seamless collaboration between architects, designers, engineers, and consultants to integrate all technical requirements into the design process
- Offering expert support on code compliance, design feasibility, and technical resolution of project challenges
- Overseeing Quality Assurance-Quality Control (QA/QC) processes to uphold high standards in design accuracy, documentation quality, and system performance
- Leading the specification of materials in coordination with design leads, ensuring they meet both design intent and technical performance standards
- Reviewing and preparing detailed architectural drawings and documentation to ensure precision, completeness, and constructability
- Actively coaching and developing the teams technical capabilities through training, feedback, and hands-on support
What Success Looks Like
- A technically strong team that delivers sustainable, wellness-driven, accurate, buildable, and coordinated designs
- Seamless integration of architectural, interior, engineering, and consultant contributions within the design workflow
- Clear standards and accountability for technical documentation and QA/QC
- A culture of learning, growth, and shared technical knowledge across the team
- Licensed Architect with at least 3 years of post-licensure experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Strong background and knowledge in building systems, construction documentation, detailing, code compliance, and consultant coordination
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, including modeling, detailing, and coordination workflows
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other technical documentation tools and workflows
- Skilled in mentoring and leadership, with a focus on supporting team growth and elevating technical execution
