Prepares daily abstract of sales and records issuance of order slips.
Conduct data processing, ensure quality management, and provide comprehensive audits.
Collects and records all unused orders slips every end of the shift, to monitor its movement and check the series used.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
Prepares order slips for signature of members
Checks series of chits and order slips to determine missing and unsigned chits and to check unaccounted order slips
Prepare report on discrepancy of chits and orders slips
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain accurate records of inspections and tests.
Assist in the inventory of the bar/outlet and submit daily sales report to his/her immediate supervisor.
Assist in training new staff on quality control procedures.
Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time by superior
Job Title: Checker
Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree required, financial management graduate or any business course.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience.
Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in report generation, quality auditing, and system testing.
Working Conditions: Typically office-based, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency of the order slip provided.
