Coordinates and communicates with drivers, emergency responders, or service personnel to schedule and direct operations like deliveries, calls, or service appointments. Key duties include answering calls, monitoring situations via radio or software, using mapping tools to plan routes, and maintaining accurate logs of all communications and activities.
- At least college level or college graduate;
- Minimum experience in dispatching, scheduling, logistics or call center (preferably in service or home services industry);
- Strong communication skills in English (oral & written);
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced BPO environment, including night shifts, weekends or holidays.
