Job Overview
Provide onsite technical support and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. The role requires strong experience in networking and firewall technologies, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and the ability to guide or lead junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite desktop and technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and firewall-related issues
- Configure, monitor, and support network devices and firewall systems
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers or team members
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
Qualifications
- Education: At least 2nd Year College Completed or College Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in networking and firewall support
- Leadership: At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Cisco Certification or Security Certifications (Palo Alto, Checkpoint, FortiGate) preferred but not required
- Stable employment history
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City on a shifting schedule
