Description

  • Manage employee records and HR databases.
  • Support training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Facilitate employee engagement and communication.
  • Handle payroll inquiry and benefits administration.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding)
  • Manage timekeeping and ensure accurate attendance monitoring
  • Assist in other HR administrative tasks as needed
  • Host daily morning huddles to provide updates and boost team engagement

Requirements

  • Graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA Human Resource Management
  • With Basic ISO Background
  • With at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources (generalist role preferred)
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledgeable in key HR functions such as:
  • End-to-End Recruitment & Selection
  • Timekeeping & Attendance Management
  • Employee Relations and Handling Employee Concerns
  • Basic Compensation & Benefits Administration
  • Employee Engagement Activities
  • Detail-oriented, able to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work onsite in Bagumbayan, Taguig
