Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Global EHS Governance & Compliance
  • Develop, implement, and maintain global EHS policies, standards, and procedures including ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems) and local regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA, EU directives, APAC regulations)
  • Ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations (e.g., hazardous materials, emissions, waste management) across company offices
  • Maintain EHS legal registers and track regulatory changes globally
  • Risk Management & Incident Prevention
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate EHS risks across global operations
  • Lead incident investigations including Root cause analysis (RCA) and Corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Develop and maintain global risk registers and tracking systems
  • Support business continuity planning and emergency preparedness
  • Sustainability & ESG Programs
  • Support development and execution of corporate sustainability strategy, including Carbon footprint tracking (Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions), energy and water use reduction initiatives, and responsible sourcing programs
  • Coordinate ESG data collection and reporting (e.g., CDP, customer requests, sustainability reports)
  • Drive supply chain decarbonization and environmental improvement initiatives
  • Training & Culture Development
  • Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees and relevant stakeholders
  • Promote a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement
  • Provide guidance and support to global office locations on EHS best practices
  • Audits & Certifications
  • Lead internal and external EHS audits, including ISO certifications
  • Support customer and regulatory audits related to EHS and sustainability
  • Track audit findings and ensure timely closure of corrective actions
  • Data Management & Reporting
  • Develop and maintain EHS metrics and KPIs
  • Prepare regular reports on EHS performance and risks
  • Implement digital tools for EHS management and reporting
  • Facilities support (non-EHS related activities)
  • Maintenance of Global Facilities SharePoint and other facilities automations
  • Lease management monitoring
  • Weekly office utilization report
  • Cash savings monitoring
  • Preventive maintenance monitoring
  • Global Facilities AOP and MBO consolidation
  • Supporting LMN and LPQ Facilities activities

Required Skills

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Physical Sciences Degree or Environmental or Safety Engineering Courses.
  • At least Safety Officer 2 and Pollution Control Officer.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of EHS relevant laws, regulations and standard (Local & International OSHA, ISO, EMS)
  • Strong understanding of safety engineering requirements for electrical, mechanical, chemical, and physical hazards.
  • Has the ability to participate in a cross-functional team environment, effective analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective English in oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work & lead in a Global fast-paced environment with strong project management skills
