DMCI is looking for an experienced Equipment Supervisor to lead our Preventive Maintenance Department and ensure the reliability, safety, and optimal performance of construction equipment and machinery.
Qualifications
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- At least 5- 10 years of experience as a Preventive Maintenance Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance principles, equipment troubleshooting, and maintenance planning
- Skilled in scheduling, organizing, and optimizing maintenance activities
- Strong leadership, communication, and safety management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and schedules for all equipment
- Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and minimal downtime
- Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements to maintenance practices
- Monitor maintenance records, compliance requirements, and performance metrics
- Supervise maintenance personnel and provide guidance to ensure efficient operations
- Promote and enforce safety standards during maintenance activities
