About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new business growth through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and relationship building. This is a hunter-style B2B sales role focused on identifying potential suppliers and business partners, generating qualified opportunities, and building a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify new suppliers, partners, and business opportunities.
- Conduct high-volume cold calls, emails, and outbound outreach.
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new partners.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Outbound Sales.
- Proven experience with cold calling and lead generation.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho is a plus.
- Experience in trading, commodities, supplier acquisition, or B2B industries is an advantage.
