Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus and explain menu items, promotions, and specials when necessary.
Take customer food and beverage orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.
Clear and clean tables before and after service.
Prepare tables with clean utensils, napkins, and condiments.
Process customer bills and collect payments accurately, if assigned.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and work areas.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
Handle customer complaints professionally and immediately report serious concerns to the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager.
Assist in opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking supplies.
Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Attend company meetings and training sessions as required.
Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
High school graduate or college level; hospitality-related education is an advantage.
Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
