Installation and Deployment: Deploying IT Service Management (ITSM), Microsoft Power Applications, Microsoft Solutions, Identity Access Management (IAM), and Microsoft IT Solutions to our customers and clients.
Design and Implementation: Designing and implementing Microsoft Power Applications, Microsoft Solutions, ITSM, and Microsoft IT Solutions tailored to meet our customers' needs and specifications.
Product Presentations: Conducting product and functional presentations to customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions.
Pre/Post-Sales Support: Providing comprehensive post-sales support to customers, addressing any technical issues or concerns they may encounter after deployment.
Business Analysis: Performing business analysis functions for deployment projects, ensuring that the solutions align with the customers' business objectives and requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
At least 2 or 3 years of relevant experience in installing, deploying, and supporting Microsoft Technology and Solutions.
Familiarity and/or experience with Microsoft, ITSM, Data, Business Intelligence and technologies.
Knowledgeable in dataweb technologies.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
