Join the South Commuter Railway Project and play a key role in driving quality excellence across one of the country's major infrastructure developments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project quality planning and ensure compliance with quality management systems.
Monitor project quality performance, inspections, testing, and audits.
Manage quality documentation and electronic document management systems (Aconex/EDMS).
Conduct internal audits and coordinate external quality audits.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolution of non-conformances.
Develop and deliver quality-related training programs.
Lead, mentor, and develop the QA/QC team.
Qualifications
Degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline (Licensed Engineer preferred).
Certified ISO 9001 Quality Management System Auditor.
Experience conducting Quality Plan and QMS-related training.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Experience Required
7-10 years of total experience.
Minimum 5-7 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects.
Previous team leadership experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, ISO standards, audits, ITPs, CMS, and QMS implementation.
