As a Financial Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer support by assisting clients with financial account inquiries, transactions, billing concerns, and other banking or financial service-related requests. You will deliver accurate information, resolve customer concerns efficiently, and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations while providing a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding financial products, services, accounts, and transactions through phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist customers with account maintenance, billing inquiries, payment concerns, disputes, and transaction verification.
  • Process account updates, service requests, and other financial-related transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and service level goals while complying with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 6 months Customer Care Executive experience
  • Must have B2 or higher CEFR English proficiency level.
